Katie Harris-Wright is an associate in the employment law team at Birketts LLP.

She is experienced in advising both public and private sector clients on many contentious and non-contentious employment issues. She provides clients with day-to-day practical advice on handling disciplinaries and grievances, performance management and sickness absence, and has experience of advising clients on large and small scale redundancy programmes, including collective consultations. She also advises on large scale changes to terms and conditions of employment, most recently advising a number of clients on effecting pay cuts, reducing working hours and the removal of contractual benefits. Katie also has experience in conducting a broad range of employment tribunal claims, including unfair and constructive dismissal, national minimum wage, sex, race and disability discrimination and TUPE related unfair dismissal
